The Lost
Manifest

A field guide to your dream life.

A dense torn-photo collage of found faces and figures, layered together like a dig site.

Dreams Don’t Arrive Whole.

They come in pieces, pulled from wherever the mind has been digging. A face from Tuesday. A room from a book you read at nine. This is what a patchwork looks like before it’s sequenced into something you can play back.

The Rolling Stones · 1965

Most people believe they don’t dream, or don’t remember their dreams. Neither is true. Dreaming is constant. Recall is a skill, and like any skill it develops with practice. The more consistently you capture, the more your brain learns to hold onto. What begins as fragments becomes full narratives. What happens every few nights becomes nightly.

This journal will not tell you what your dreams mean. It won’t interpret symbols, assign archetypes, or offer conclusions. It holds up a mirror.
